EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The County of Lake, the Cities of Clearlake and Lakeport, the Workforce Alliance of the North Bay (WANB), and the Lake County Economic Development Corporation (LCEDC) worked in collaboration to contract with Dr. Robert Eyler, Economic Forensics & Analytics for the development of a Lake County Economic Development Strategy. This collaboration represents a very unified and proactive approach illustrating the commitment of each of these entities to strategic county-wide economic development. USDA Rural Development State Director Kim Vann has also given her support to this process in identifying infrastructure and economic development-related needs in rural counties and will be in attendance.
