EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: As your Board is aware, the County of Lake, the Cities of Clearlake and Lakeport adopted a Lake County Economic Development Strategy in 2018. This collaboration represents a very unified and proactive approach illustrating the commitment of each of these entities to strategic county-wide economic development. This workshop will provide an update on the Lake County Economic Development Strategy and cross-jurisdictional efforts to develop a Lake County Broadband Master Plan and a Dig Once Ordinance.
