EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: BACKGROUND: The County is currently in contract with Matrix Design that is providing consultant services for the Lake County Zoning Ordinance Update. Staff is requesting that the Planning Commission and the Public review the matrix and provide comments to Staff. The entire Zoning Ordinance update document will be submitted to the Planning Commission at a later date. Attached please find the Matrix of permitted uses that are currently listed in the Lake County Zoning Ordinance and the Matrix of suggested permitted uses to discuss during this workshop.
